Ensure the application surface is clean, dry, and smooth.
- Measurement & Cutting:
Accurately measure the installation area. Cut panels as needed using a fine-tooth saw or router.
- Adhesive Application:
Apply a high-quality adhesive (recommended: Probond) on both the surface and back of the acrylic.
- Lamination:
Press the laminate onto the surface firmly using a roller to eliminate air bubbles and ensure even adhesion.
- Trimming & Finishing:
Trim the excess and polish the edges for a seamless look.
Maintenance Tips:
- Clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth
- Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning agents
- Polish lightly to maintain shine
